1. License Grant & Device Limit: Non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license for one (1) designated device per purchased license key. Zero recurring monthly software usage fees.
2. No-Refund Policy ("All Sales Are Final"): Due to immediate digital delivery and software distribution, all sales are final. Unconditional no-refund policy.
3. Platform Fees & Mandatory Validation Key: To qualify for the standard commercial transaction rate of 2.9%, the user must activate an authorized License Key. Operating without an authorized key constitutes unvalidated use subject to a 20% platform enforcement fee on daily sales processing.
4. DRM & Enforcement: Operating unvalidated software activates automated 20% platform enforcement deductions from the unlicensed operator's daily close as agreed liquidated damages. Entering or purchasing an authorized License Key immediately reduces the transaction rate back to the standard 2.9% commercial rate.
5. Payment Processing: Operates strictly under AMC AutoPOS brand infrastructure using integrated gateways.
6. Cash Autonomy, Float Retention & Shift Reconciliation: Merchants maintain 100% ownership and autonomy over physical cash tenders, drawer floats, and banking schedules with 0% cash transaction fees. To maintain inventory fidelity, cash drawer accountability, and audit readiness, AMC AutoPOS provides end-of-shift reconciliation and float-retention tools in accordance with standard retail accounting practices. Electronic card, contactless, and QR payment transactions clear through authorized banking networks at standard commercial rates (tiered 2.9% – 3.9% + 15¢ based on monthly processing volume).
7. Loss Prevention, Void Controls & Audit Ledger Integrity: To protect merchants against unauthorized shrinkage, till-skimming, and sweethearting (voiding transactions to pocket tender), the Software enforces mandatory loss-prevention controls on all cancelled transactions. Voided sales require an affirmative cancellation reason and physical restock verification. All voided transactions, item cancellations, and register overrides are permanently recorded with timestamp, operator ID, and itemized tallies in the immutable local audit ledger for shift reporting and forensic reconciliation.
